The carpet is a wool and polypropylene mix in a chevron design, made in the Netherlands, fitted wall to wall across every step with the same colour edge binding applied throughout.

About This Project

The client wanted the full staircase covered in a carpet that holds up to daily use while still looking good in a luxury villa setting. A wool and polypropylene mix was chosen for the combination of durability and softness underfoot. The chevron design in a neutral grey and beige tone works with the white painted staircase surround. Same colour edge binding was applied to each step to finish the edges cleanly and give the staircase a consistent, tailored look from top to bottom.
