Most photos below come from jobs we did in the last two years. Villas in Dubai Hills and DAMAC Hills. Apartments in the Meadows and Marina. Offices in Al Quoz and Business Bay. Look at the finished work up close. See how the carpet sits against the skirting. Check where the seams fall in a large majlis. Notice how a blackout curtain hangs when shut at noon.

A wall to wall carpet in a typical 3 bedroom villa takes us one full day. We shift the furniture out first. Then the underlay goes down. We cut around each door frame by hand. On stairs we fit brass edge profiles. What people notice most is the seam work. A large living room always needs at least one join. A bad join shows within months. Ours do not. That is why we photograph them up close.

Carpets Best for Dubai’s Climate

Dust decides everything here. The polypropylene carpets in these villa photos do not trap dust like natural fibres do. They also take the AC running all day without going flat. In offices we mostly fit carpet tiles. When one gets stained, we swap that single tile. The rest of the floor stays untouched. A few of those jobs are below.

Flooring, Curtains and Blinds

Most flooring photos here show SPC and vinyl. Kitchens and hallways take the worst of water and sand, so people choose these. One thing to know first. SPC needs a flat subfloor. On two projects shown here we levelled the floor before starting. It added a day. We check this on every free measurement visit. Nothing surprising on installation day.

Our workshop measures and stitches every curtain we install. That keeps turnaround to about a week, measurement to fitting. The blackout curtains in these bedroom shots use triple weave fabric. It needs no lining. It blocks the afternoon sun properly. For blinds, most clients ask for motorized rollers. The batteries run about a year. A recharge takes an afternoon.

Planning something similar?

These photos show what works in real Dubai homes. Look at the colours owners actually picked. Warm beiges and greys lead the list. They hide dust well between cleaning days. Got questions on a specific job? Ask what material went in, how long it took, or what it cost. We did the work. You get a straight answer. Call or WhatsApp for a free measurement.
